What To Expect

Brio Medical is more than a treatment facility. Our integrative wellness center in Scottsdale, Arizona acts as a home away from home for patients pursuing long-term integrative oncology and Lyme Disease treatment program. While it’s close to impossible to describe the powerful connections and feelings you’ll experience, we can give you an idea of what daily life is like inside our clinics.

Lodging Options

Brio Medical is an out-patient-only clinic and has made accommodations with local hotels and lodging to provide patients a discounted long rate for their stay in Scottsdale, Arizona. Patients and companions stay in nearby hotels and shuttle to and from the clinic with a Brio Medical driver. Treatment sessions are five days a week, Monday through Friday.

We have made special arrangements with local travel agencies, which specialize in discount fares and rates as well as long-term lodging for patients planning their trip to Scottsdale, Arizona.  These travel agencies are available to handle all of your travel, lodging, and transportation needs.

Education

Even after the symptoms are gone, treating chronic illness is best viewed as a lifelong process. Knowledge is power on this journey, and it’s our mission to equip you with every healing tool possible. Throughout your clinic stay, you’ll receive access to a variety of educational videos.

Companionship

We know that undergoing any kind of medical treatment for Lyme Disease, cancer, or chronic illness is a crucial time in which you’ll want to keep loved ones close. That’s why we encourage all our patients to bring a companion on their healing journey. The company of a loved one can provide much-needed physical, emotional, and spiritual support, and creates a bond that will help you continue healing together once you return home. Companions can be spouses, children, parents, other close family members, or friends. We advise you to select a partner who is willing to learn, participate, and become empowered alongside you.

Family Visits

Family members and friends are always welcome to visit you at Brio Medical! Given the nature of our out-patient facility, we cannot permit visitors inside the clinic during treatment sessions. However, your travel companion may accompany you during consultations.

Since we are a medical center, we request that all visitors are respectful of our patients. Please help us maintain our quiet, peaceful environment! Also, please note that meals and other services are only included for you and your travel companion.
